Valpolicella DOC Superiore
In honor of our ancestors, a pleasing wine for all gastronomic delights
The grapes, selected from the hills of Valpolicella, are briefly dried in a controlled environment. Following alcoholic fermentation, the wine is aged in Slavonian oak barrels for approximately 12 months followed by 6 more months in the bottle. This is a fruity and soft wine offering freshness and good drinkability. It pairs perfectly with mediterranean cuisine (soups and pasta), white and red meats, as well as fresh and mid-aged cheeses.
