This wine is produced with grapes selected from the Trevenezie area, using the traditional Veronese technique that involves brief drying of the grapes. During this process, not only are the grapes concentrated, but pre-fermented aromas are developed that are then successively merged with those produced during the refinement period in Slavonian oak barrels, which lasts for 12 months. This wine has well-structured tannins that are balanced with the alcohol, giving it its roundness. The lively acidity gives the wine freshness and brings out the fruity aromas. The wine pairs perfectly with soups and pasta, white and red meats, and fresh or mid-aged cheeses.
