Produced in small volumes and only in excellent vintages, La Fabriseria is an Amarone that comes from grapes that have been very carefully selected from the La Fabriseria vineyard (on the hillsides of Valpolicella Classica between the municipalities of Fumane and Sant’Ambrogio). The grapes are dried for 4 months in a controlled environment. Since 1983, only a few vintages have been produced. This is a highly concentrated wine with great structure that is accompanied by a remarkable aromatic elegance. The wine has a long life. It pairs well with game, red meat, braised meats, and well-aged cheeses.
