Following alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel, the wine is aged in Slavonian oak barrels for 12 months and then 3 months in the bottle. This wine is delicate with a medium structure. It has good acidity and elegance typical of the Tedeschi style. This is an everyday wine that pairs well with cured meat appetizers, mediterranean cuisine, white and red meats, as well as fish dishes, and fresh cheeses.
